"The Wolf of Wall Street" debuted at No. 1 for movies on demand from March 24 to March 30, 2014, according to Rentrak. March 25, 2014: "The Wolf of Wall Street" (Same day as DVD), Rated R. "The Wolf of Wall Street" (directed by Oscar winner Martin Scorsese) is based on the true story/memoir of Jordan Belfort, the disgraced Wall Street executive who founded the New York firm Stratton Oakmont and led a renegade group of stockbrokers to defraud investors of millions. Leonardo DiCaprio plays Belfort in the movie, which has graphic depictions of Belfort's greed and addictions to drugs and illicit sex. Also starring Jonah Hill, Margot Robbie, Kyle Chandler and Rob Reiner. "The Wolf of Wall Street" received five Oscar nominations, including Best Picture.

"Frozen" dropped from No. 1 to No. 2. In the animated musical “Frozen,” Anna (voice of Kristen Bell), a fearless optimist, teams up with extreme mountain man Kristoff and his sidekick reindeer Sven in an epic journey, encountering mystical trolls, a funny snowman named Olaf, Everest-like extremes and magic at every turn in a race to find Anna’s sister Elsa (voice of Idina Menzel), the Snow Queen, and save their kingdom from eternal winter. "Frozen" won two Oscars: Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song (for "Let It Go"). "Frozen" got excellent reviews from critics and now holds the record for the highest-grossing animated film of all time.

"American Hustle" fell from No. 2 to No. 3. A fictional film set in the alluring world of one of the most stunning scandals to rock the States, American Hustle tells the story of brilliant con man Irving Rosenfeld (played by Christian Bale), who along with his equally cunning and seductive British partner Sydney Prosser (played by Amy Adams) is forced to work for a wild FBI agent Richie DiMaso (played by Bradley Cooper). DiMaso pushes them into a world of Jersey powerbrokers and mafia that’s as dangerous as it is enchanting. Jeremy Renner is Carmine Polito, the passionate, volatile New Jersey political operator caught between the con-artists and Feds. Irving’s unpredictable wife Rosalyn (played by Jennifer Lawrence) could be the one to pull the thread that brings the entire world crashing down. Like David O. Russell’s previous films, "American Hustle" defies genre, hinging on raw emotion, and life and death stakes. "American Hustle" was nominated for 10 Oscars, including Best Picture.

"Delivery Man" debuted at No. 4. "Delivery Man" is a remake of the 2011 Canadian film "Starbuck." “Delivery Man” is the story of affable underachiever David Wozniak (played by Vince Vaughn), whose mundane life gets twisted in a knot when he finds out that he fathered 533 children via sperm donations he made twenty years earlier. In debt to the mob, rejected by his pregnant girlfriend, things couldn’t look worse for David when he’s hit with a lawsuit from 142 of the 533 children in their 20s who want to know the identity of the donor. As David struggles to decide whether or not he should reveal his true identity, he embarks on a journey that leads him to discover not only his true self but the father he could become as well.

"12 Years a Slave" dropped from No. 3 to No. 5. In the pre-Civil War United States, Solomon Northup (played by Chiwetel Ejiofor), a free black man from upstate New York, is abducted and sold into slavery. Facing cruelty, personified by malevolent slave owner Edwin Epps (played by Michael Fassbender), as well as unexpected kindnesses, Solomon struggles not only to stay alive, but to retain his dignity. In the twelfth year of his unforgettable odyssey, Solomon’s chance meeting with a Canadian abolitionist (played by Brad Pitt) will forever alter his life. "12 Years a Slave" won three Oscars, including Best Picture. In addition, "12 Years a Slave" got rave reviews from critics, and it was a solid indie-film hit in cinemas.

Also noteworthy: The Holocaust drama "The Book Thief" (starring Geoffrey Rush, Emily Watson and Sophie Nelisse) debuted at No. 8
