Across the country, ballpark concessions are hitting it out of the park.

Fans are leaving their diets at home for such concoctions as the D-Bat Dog, an 18-inch corn dog stuffed with toppings, at the Arizona Diamondbacks' games and the three-pound banana split scooped up at Chicago White Sox games.

Here at home, Harrisburg Senators baseball fans will find several new items at when the

They'll be serving chorizo sausage, nachos, hamburgers and hot dogs at the new Bud Light Limerita Bar behind centerfield. While those menu items may sound ordinary, the creativity is centered around the toppings.

Paul Deiana-Molnar, executive chef at the park under Delaware North Companies, said toppings choices include sauerkraut, peppers and onions, mushrooms and a chipotle barbecue rubbed pulled pork.

Familiar concessions such as Spot Dogs and wings from The Spot and Arooga's Grille House Sports Bar return for the season. For the first time, Arooga's popular crab fries will be available at the games.

Several new items also are on the menu in the park's suites. Items include Arooga's buffalo chicken dip, a spinach artichoke dip, bacon bleu cheese potato salad, Philly cheese steaks, flatbread pizza, Polish sausage and pierogies.

Deiana-Molnar said he's also tinkering around with some boozy milkshakes including a Disaronno shake.
